House Bill Would Increase Tipped Employees’ Cash Minimum Wage

The APA's latest newsletter discusses possible changes regarding tipped employees' cash minimum wage. If implemented, these changes would increase tipped employees' cash minimum wage from $2.13 per hour to $3.75 per hour.
