The IRS has released a list of states that have defaulted on their 2012 Federal Unemployment Insurance Loans causing employers in these states to owe additional FUTA tax for the tax year 2012. Stay Competitive – Plan For Payroll Increases

According to the business consulting firm Mercer, 98 percent of the 1500 employers included on a recent survey plan to increase employee pay in 2013.
